Delivery

Our usual delivery time is about 3 weeks as we make most pieces to your specifications. However, many items are in stock and ready for overnight delivery. Please call us directly at 800-299-5475 to see if we can accommodate your overnight request.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance

We recommend placing your order by December 15 for Christmas delivery. Note the best choice below:

• Ground..........$25 (We use UPS Ground, which may ship in 1 day delivery to most Texas locations, although not guaranteed)
• Second Day.....$35 (For out of Texas deliveries)
• Overnight.........$50

Shipping Your Online Order

We offer three shipping options via UPS within the 48 contiguous United States: ground, second-day, and next-day, delivery.

At this time, it is not possible to specify an international destination when placing an order online.

Standard (Ground)*

• Rate is $25.00
• Delivery within 1 to 5 business days after your order leaves our store. (Many Texas addresses will receive shipment the next day, thought not guaranteed.)
• Signature required.
• Not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and some U.S. territories.
• Not available to ship to PO Box address - physical addresses only.
• No guaranteed delivery date.
• All items are insured.

Second Day*

• Rate is $35.00
• Expected delivery is two days after your order leaves our store.
• Choose for out of Texas deliveries.
• Signature required.
• Weekend delivery is priced upon request and may not be available by the carrier.
• Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, and some U.S. Territories.
• Not available to ship to PO Box address - physical addresses only.
• All items are insured.

Next-Day*

• Rate is $50.00
• Expected delivery the next business day after your order leaves our store.
  
• Saturday delivery must be quoted upon request and may not be available to all locations within the US by the carrier.
• Signature required.
• Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, and some U.S. Territories.
• Not available to ship to PO Box address - physical addresses only.
• All items are insured.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international addresses
At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations and some U.S. territories when placing an order online. However, you may inquire about having your KirkRootDesigns.com purchase shipped to one of these addresses by calling (800) 299-5475. Prices will be quoted upon request.

Delivery to post office boxes
Please note that we are using UPS exclusively at this time. A physical address must be provided for shipments (sorry, no PO boxes) and our packages do require that someone actually sign for delivery. You are welcome to provide an alternate shipping address from your billing address to insure secure delivery.

Delivery charges
Shipping costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site. Costs are calculated according to the delivery time requested and include packaging and handling charges. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency. Delivery charges will not be refunded on returned items.

Product pricing
The prices displayed on this Web site are quoted in U.S. currency and as such are valid only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Sales tax is automatically applied to your KirkRootDesigns.com order if the purchase is within the state of Texas. If purchasing from a state other than Texas, the individual is responsible for paying the appropriate tax to the appropriate entity.
