Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Layaway
We welcome layaways and require one-third down and a payment a month. Pieces will be shipped when the balance is paid in full. Please call us directly to make arrangements at: (800) 229-5475.
Return Policy: Online Purchases
Basic returns policy: Within 30 days of delivery you may return items purchased from KirkRootDesigns.com (does not apply to in-store purchases). Items need to be in new condition with original packaging and accessories, and have not been altered at the customer's request. All returns are subject to a 5% processing fee. Delivery charges will not be refunded on customer returns.
We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, such as if you received a damaged or defective item. Please note that some exchanges are available if this happens so please call us at (800) 299-5475 or email returns@kirkrootdesigns.com.
In addition, we may deny a return or issue a partial refund at our sole discretion for the return of certain items, including:
For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, trackable mail. UPS, USPS, and other carriers offer this service. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:
